2 month old - Constipation?

At what point do their poops get solid?
Junior is 2 months old and had soft solid poops the last 3 days. He is bottle fed - Similac w/ Iron - same formula since birth. He also seems more fussy the last 36 hours.

He's probably constipated then. Try giving him an ounce or two of water and give it a few hours - it should help with the constipation if that's the problem. DS is 2 mos today and we just had to do this for the first time yesterday - worked very well.
