rewards for weight loss
How do you reward yourself for meeting your weight-loss or workout goals?
I'd like to go celebrate with a cupcake, but somehow that seems wrong

Mmm... cupcakes 
I'm going to reward myself with a cute trench coat for meeting my mini-goal, which is 10lbs. I have 5lbs to go (I lost 5 in the past 2 weeks  ).
For my next goal - 13 lbs (so I'll be at my college weight) - I plan to buy a ridiculously cute and expensive dress

Someone I know puts a dollar away in a coffee can for every mile she runs on a treadmill and saves it to buy something nice. I think its sort of an interesting way to motivate yourself to excercise.

I had asked about this a while ago too...
for me, I need to have some kind of reward.
Sometimes, I make it something food related..for me a grande starbucks and a chocolate "snack".
Sometimes, it is clothing related...a new dress or pair of pants.
It might seem random, but it works in my head.

new clothes
but now that I am going down in sizes so quickly, I only buy a couple pairs of pants when I can't wear my old ones any more. And a few shirts. I try to wear the shirts until the last possible moment.

I like the dollar idea!!
This is what try to do. When I hit a 5 (at the end of the weight), I go shoe shopping. When I hot a 0 - clothes shopping. They say a clothing size is about 10 pounds - so that works out.
