have you tried to talk to a psychologist about this?
I was thinking the same thing. I'm not trying to be mean, but it sounds to me like you have some real anxiety about having sex and being examined by an Ob/GYN.
I would recommend you speak to a psychologist about this as they will be better equipped to help you deal with your anxiety than an Ob/GYN would.
I think before you go the route you want to go, you should work on the anxiety part.

Hi, girls. I have been talking to someone about this. I need to make an appointment and when I go through this I need to focus my mind on something else. I also need to think about the postives of the appointment. I got to get going now but will chat with you soon.

I made an appointment with Dr. Marshak for the middle of May. I am determined to take care of the anxiety.
