Does your DH go to every Dr. Appt. with you?
im just curious... i always see the husbands in the waiting room with their wives, then i get a little jealous when im sitting there by myself..lol
He does go with me to all the sono appts.. i guess its hard with our schedules.. so i understand.. but still feel a little sad at the same time ..

he only goes to the sono ones. The ones where I am just giving urine and they are checking my BP, he doesnt go to. He isnt going to the glucose test or anything.

DH went to the TTC and RE appointments. He also went to the Ultrascreen, Amnio and Level 2. He does not need to go with me to the Glucose test. He does not need to watch me have blood drawn. If there is to be any appointment involving sonography, he will be there.

DH doesn't go w/ me. Its really a waste for the regular dr. appt. He went with me to my first dr. appt. w/ this doc and my Level 2. Other than that, nothing else.

He usually does, but with his schedule lately it's been hard. He will never miss a sono appt though.

My husband only goes when I have a sono too. The only other times he's joined me was when we had a scare with a SCH in the first trimester and for my glucose test since it happened to fall on a day he was off work.
Don't feel bad. It's hard with work and all. Besides the later appts in 2nd trimester typically take less than 30 minutes - you'll be in and out.

He only goes to sono appts. There really is no point in him taking off time from work to sit there while I get my BP taken. He does get sad that I get to hear the heartbeat sometimes and he doesnt, but he works in the city and doesn't have the time to be taking off.

Second pregnancy...he's been to one. He will be coming with me for the level II sonogram.

not if it's just a quick check up to hear the HB and check my urine and blood pressure, but he comes to all the sonos and important appointments

Hubby went with me to the first appointment to meet my doctor and he also goes to the sonos. I'm happy with that. Unless I had some pressing things I needed to talk to the doctor about, I don't think it's necessary for him to be there for the more routine appointments.

DH went to all appointments in my first trimester. Then we realized nothing really went on for him to be there every time.
But he does go to every sono, no matter what.

He goes to every one. I am very lucky, I did not expect him to.  I understand why men don't though. There is really no reason to unless it's a major appt with a sono or something.

my dh has been to every one. but, my dr. has evening hours on mondays and thursdays so we've always been able to schedule appts. when we are both out of work. it's been really nice having him there every step of the way.

So far, DH has been to every appointment with me. But, I think now that I'm in my 5th month, he won't come to every check up. Just the sonos from now on.

Nope just the sono ones.
Dh works in N.J., there's no way
he'd be able to get here in time for every one.
