Okay, I need help with a dessert name, kind of like pizelles
You have a handle and attach different iron pieces to it, in shapes like butterflies or clovers, or whatever. You dip it in batter then dip in oil. You take them out and sprinkle powdered sugar.
I have a billion of the attachments but can't remember what the thing is called.
I've googled every phrase I could think of...somebody has to know it!

I think my family calls them Rossettes? I'm trying to get in touch with my dad to confirm.
They're sort of like funnel cake only in a specific design.
