Sleeping Positions
I know that they tell you to sleep on your left side but is it okay to sleep on right side?

Re: Sleeping Positions
I slept on my right and left and sometimes woke up on my back. My son was born fine.

Re: Sleeping Positions
I slept on my left, right and back with Sarah and she's fine. My doctor told me that espcially as I got bigger, I'd be lucky to get comfortable enough to sleep, let alone worry about which side, and he was right.
I had one friend who was having a lot of issues with her placenta and her doctor told her it was really important to sleep on the left since that allows the most blood flow to the baby, but if you are having a normal, healthy pregnancy it's not something I'd stress about.

Re: Sleeping Positions
I usually fall asleep on my left, but wake up either on my back or on my right side. I really don't think it's that big of a deal.
