Allergist
So I went last week to an allergist for testing. Turns out the woman does test in 4 visits. I have to pay a copay at every visit of $50 for a specialist. That is $200 in copays alone not to mention our monthly insurance bill. I asked why I couldn't do them all at once and the receptionist said I am getting so many test they can't possible overwhelm my system with so much. Last time it was 10 minor in skin injections in one arm. Anyone ever have to go 4x for allergy testing and get the you can't do more than a few at once?

Re: Allergist
It's been a while since I went, but I think mine were done in one or two visits. Maybe she's doing a LOT of tests.... Good luck!

Re: Allergist
I've done the ones where they do injections and it's been over several days. i think the pinprick ones are just as effective.
