Hello! can anyone recommend a beachfront hotel in Clearwater/St Petersburg, FL.
I'm pregnant, so something low key. 'I'm looking to relax.....

I just booked Doubletree in Redington Beach(st pete)
my friend said it was great....all the reviews look good.
I have stayed at Tradewinds before...it was okay
Went to a wedding at Don Caesar...simply perfection.
All the Clearwater places we stayed at were during spring break and gross

I have stayed at Tradewinds in St Petes BEach, its nice, but it used to be nicer. Its very much a business travel resort now, conventions and the like. But I also stayed down the road in Treasure Island, and that was nice. I love that area of Florida.

My cousin's wedding was at the Clearwater Beach Marriott Suites on Sand Key - it was beautiful.
