Getting Frustrated

I don't know what to do.
I'm starting to think I should move with out a job and just find something part-time while I interview/look for a job I want. I got a call yesterday about a job that would have been perfect for me and when I told the guy I'm moving down the first week in June that was it end of convo, he didn't want to hear anything else from me, except that he'll keep my resume b/c he might have a job opening up in June, but meanwhile I'm not really moving down in June I just said that figuring thats when I'd be there if all went well and I got this job. So now when this supposed job opens in June he was talking about I'll be in the same boat and he probably won't want me then either I feel like every job I've talked to its the same response b/c there are so many people out there they can choose from now that the fact that I can't start right away makes me less desireable.
My mom I think is getting to the point of breaking and saying she'll help me out with $, but I don't know if I want to go down that road ..I'm so confused, sad and discouraged

Sorry you are going through this. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me, because many employers it takes an average of a month to hire--between multiple interviews, following up with references, background checks, etc. etc. etc......it'll be June before they know it!
