I don't have a recommendation, but I did want to comment that our friends just bought an amazing house there (more like a mansion ... approx 6800 sq ft) and it is a beautiful area!!!

I have friends in Manalapan!!!
We always ended up at the Manalapan diner after a night of drinking!!!

DH's entire family moved there (except his parents. Would LOVE for them to go, too but I know they won't....)
It's nice - they've all got big lots and houses.
