I'm DYING to TELL you who I am!!!
I haven't even told family yet, so I'm going to wait to reveal on here. It's funny - I had this big thing planned for when I got my BFP to tell dh. When I actually got the BFP I yelled for him, he came running down the stairs, and I said, "look!!!!" We both started crying...
So much for my elaborate plan!!!
I have shared so much on this board, from cramping to discharge, to my fingertips hurt - am I pregnant? I'm just afraid to tell too soon.
As SOON as the coast is clear, I will out myself!!!!

I honestly would not have a problem since we all do share very intimate details with each other... I just don't want people I know IRL to find out like this... who knows who is out there.
No one else knows either-- besides me and DH as it's all still very new... and who knows if we are out of the woods yet.

I think I give props to anyone who can hold out with big elaborate way to tell DH!!! I know I will scream it from the tolilet seat. And this month we are going for a blood test rather than poas. I will get my results sometime in the middle of the day on the phone if I am pg (and didn't already get af). Dh already told me that he wants to know on the phone and cannot wait to come home. I don't love that idea.. but that's what he wants..

PPP thing= VERY FUNNY!
Not to hijack either, but when I got my BFP last year we went and told everyone and I MC. So we decided to wait to tell friends, family when we get our next BFP, but I gotta tell ya, I think I will tell you ladies right away because we all kinda go thru this 2gether? Make sense? That's just me, anyhow.
Congrats to all hiders and non-hiders!!!

I never had a fake name. Just not my style. I just kept quiet. But after having surgery just to be able to get PG and after two miscarriages, I wasn't exactly elated when I found out I was PG for the third time. I was scared sh*tless and wasn't about to sare anything until I knew my pregnancy was safe. Even at 26 weeks today, I never feel 100% - always waiting for the other shoe to drop. I am sure many people who have had long roads and disappointments would agree.
People have their reasons for talking right away and for staying quiet. Some people need the support of a public forum and others prefer to deal with things privately. Either way, it needs to be respected.
I will say this, NOTHING is worse than the FM's that ask you if you are PG whether you are or aren't. I even got FM's asking me if OTHER people were PG. Frankly I think it is rather rude to ask someone if they are PG when they aren't ready to spill the beans on their own and to ask someone to share someone else's story is even worse. I could never betray someone's confidence like that.
Sorry for the rant but this is a sore subject for me.
