I started at 145lbs and 5'4 and my points were 20. I'm now at 135lbs and my points are the same.

female=2 points
male=8 points
a nursing mom=12 points

2. how old are you?
17-26=4 points
27-37=3 points
38-47=2 points
48-58=1 point
over 58=0 points

3. what do you weigh?
enter the first 2 digits of your weight in pounds,

4. how tall are you?
under 5'1"=0 point
5'1"-5'10"=1 point
over 5'10"=2 points

5. on most days of the week, how do you spend your day?
sitting down=0 points
occasionally sitting, but mainly standing=2 points
walking most of the time=4 points
doing physically hard work most of the time=6 points

add up your total points and that will be your daily points.

Chat Icon Really? That would mean you around 100 pounds? This the new questionaire that determines your points, however, if it adds up to less than 18, you are entitled to 18 points. You can't have more than 44 or less than 18 regardless of your total.

oh!!!!!!! I'm a moron, I added the#'s from my weight (1+3) instead of considering it a 13Chat Icon It was starting to make sense that I am not losing weight, but 14 pts, I'd be starving!!
