Lacking Motivation
I have been really bad with my eating and I haven't been exercising. I am trying to motivate myself to get back out there and get back to it. One of my problems is that I just had oral surgery to remove several teeth so I can't really eat anything crunchy like salads right now. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can eat that's healthy and somewhat smushy?
Also what does everyone else use as their motivation to get up and get moving?
I really want to TTC in the next few months and I need to lose some weight before.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.... TIA

Hmmmm mushy stuff that is lower fat/calories:
Oatmeal Broth based Soup SF Jello FF Pudding Fruit Smoothies
I can't think of much else. For motivation maybe put a picture of yourself at a lower weight in your wallet and look at if you feel like you want to over indulge? I just think about overall health and being around for as long as possible and that keeps me going. Good luck!
