30 day shred arrived today!! UPDATE
Can't wait to go home and try the video!!! I will let you know tomorrow how it was!!! UPDATE
So I started with level 1 and used 5-8 pounds weights!! Really loved it!!!
She had me sweating and red for those 20 mins!! I couldn't believe it!! I can't wait to do it again!!

I just got mine in the mail today! I have to admit though....I'm a little scared.  Jillian is one tough chick. I'm excited to try it though!
