NYC - did u hear?
just got an email from our union rep about an emergency all boros meeting. theyre thinking either major layoffs or an action plan or something to get rid of the chancellor. i hope its the latter.... but im still nervous.

Didn't the 2005 contract have a no-layoff provision? I think you can be excessed from a school but they cannot let you go.
