4 weeks LOTS of gas!
My ds has been in pain and spiting up constantly so the ped. sent us for a sono of his digestive system. The sono tech couldn't even get a look at what she needed because all she could see on the screen was tons of gas! I EBF and do burp him after 15mins of eating and give him milicon drops. Is there ANYTHING else I can do to get rid of his gas? TIA for any advise.

try cutting out dairy from your diet. It might take a few weeks, but it's worth it.

bicycle his legs, massage his tummy. my dd is the same way. i have found mylicon to work great, but only if i give it with every single feeding. if i miss giving it to her with a feeding she gets really bad gas again. some people find gripe water to help too, but mylicon has been working better for us.

When you nurse, hold him as close to a 90 degree angle (upright) as possible.
I cut out gassy food from my diet & would burp Maddie repeatedly through feeding because she had so many gas attacks. When I started pumping, I gave her the breast milk in a Podee.

IMO you have to burp more than that. My DS had some gas issues so we burmped after every ounce. Mylicon didn't work for my DS either, only gripe water

Re: 4 weeks LOTS of gas!
This may be a dumb question, but how often do you burp while bfing? Also, when I unlatch him to burp, he doesn't latch back on again for a while.
