Woohoo!

I'm officially moving far, far away from my plateau! Lost another lb, so I'm now down to 133.5! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon It came off REALLY quickly these past two weeks, which is strange because I didn't do ANYTHING different at all, but heck, I'll take it.

I'm starting to think that maybe I really will reach my goal of being in the 120's - only question is, what should I aim for my goal? I cannot decide.

congrats! I hate those plateaus! I'm so glad that you were able to not get discouraged!

I always think that I want to make my goal 5% less than what I want to be, so that when you start to maintain the weight, a little gain won't be too upsetting.

your goal weight is based on your height.
there is a chart in your week 1 WW book that gives you a healthy goal weight range for your height

Yeah, but that range is fairly large. It's 117-140.

I'm already within "range' at 133.5lbs, but I'm still losing weight so I know I'm not at my ideal weight. I just don't know yet what my ideal is.

Good point. Though, I don't go to WW meetings, only online and with the support of my DH Chat Icon It is time for my yearly checkup though - good reminder!

Congratulations!!!

You have to have a doctors note signed that indicates your goal weight when you go to meetings. I discussed my goal with my gyn and that's how I chose my goal weight.
