Hampton Bays Restaurant Help Please!
I am hosting a bachelorette party for 6 girls in July. We rented a house in Hampton Bays, but I have no idea where to go to eat or out for drinks. I am looking for someplace fun and not too expensive. I appreciate any suggestions!!

Oaklands is nice as well...I feel like its a bit of an older crowd though...but it may have been the nights we went...

Thanks everyone! Is Tiderunners good for dinner or just drinks?
I am looking for a casual, fun drink place for Friday night and place for dinner and drinks on Saturday night (can be different places).

I like tide runners but it really packs out fri and sat nights so see if you can make a reservation.
edited to add: its good for drinks and dinner. i like sitting outside watching all the boats go by

Yes they are still there and i agree. They have great Margaritas. Westhampton is not too far from Hampton Bays.

dockers on dune road is also really good
it's west of neptune's
we went some where else recently that was good and on the water- I will ask DH when I get home

Before the Bridge has really great food & its actually pretty affordable too for the area.
You will need a reservation though.
Also, Edgewater is a nice place for dinner..its not on the water, but it kind of overlooks it.

I definitely don't recommend pink elephant if you're going for 'inexpensive..' plus, it's in southampton..
Hampton Bays-
Indian Cove Restaurant is REALLY good and cheap...
I like Tiderunners too but dinner can get pricey.. that's a great place for dinner AND drinks.. they usually have live music and it has a great ambiance...

Tiderunners is probably the atmosphere you're looking for. We were just there two weeks ago. Live music some nights, outdoor bar, good crowd and nice restaurant on the water.
Oakland's is wonderful too (we had our RD there) but its more mellow and an older crowd. Not as good if you're looking to sit and drink for a while.

I'm having my sister's bach party in Hampton Bays this weekend!! If you're interested-there's a company that does an awesome winery tour...$116 a person for 8 hours of the limo, they pay for all your tastings at the wineries, all gratuities included PLUS they provide lunch. We've used them before and they are fantastic! Sooo excited for Saturday.
As for a restuarant I agree with Tiderunners (I think we're all going there Sat night)!

Porky's NYC opened a Hamptons location in Hamptons Bay this summer. It's PERFECT for Bach parties... if you call and tell them you're coming in they will def hook you up.
