CPI in Hampton Bays is closed for good 9/29
I dont know why I haven't heard of this before but Im sure plenty of you have been in attendance. Its being closed for good 9/29 and probably demolished. I feel sad like a part of my past is getting bulldozed
But heck, the Boardy Barn iand the Beach Bar are still standing

A guy that I went to high school wtih parent's owned it. I worked there for a few summers and made lots of $$$ and had a ball. Honestly, I think it's time that it closes down.

Wasn't it an old resort way back in the 20's and 30's... I remember seeing pictures of it posted there or maybe in a book...
I wonder what they are going to put up.
I was more a beach bar kinda girl too.
