anyone have any "different" ideas?
so tired of the typical chicken, burgers, hot dogs, flank steak etc.

There is a market in Huntington where I buy these pork pinwheels. It's pork tenderloin roleld into a pinwheel and made with romano and parm cheeses. I then marinate the pinwheels in Italian dressing and grill them. They are awesome. I am sure you could make them at home on your own.
