Pain in wrist and elbow
I'm getting worried. Monday there was pain in my L hand (i'm a righty), then my elbow and now elbow and wrist. Even if i tough the top of my index finger gently, pain radiates to my elbow. It hasn't gone away.
Any ideas of what I could do??

Do you think it's carpal tunnel, or something more serious?

I don't think its anything serious, but I don't think its carpel tunnel either. I went online and I don't really ahve the syptoms.

Tendinitis (sp?)? I'm a righty as well and have it in my left wrist. When it really acts up the pain radiates up my arm to my elbow.
