Not a regular poster on this board-but..
I have been adopting a healthier lifestyle recently and finally noticed a difference.
Today I fit into pants that I haven't worn since last summer..work pants..the kind you have to sit in all day.
They are a little snug, but I can wear them and they don't look tight.
Little victory..I guess I lost about 5 lbs..
I haven't weighed myself but that's my guess.
the hard work is starting to pay off. Now, about those pants a size smaller in my closet...that's the next project.

now that I'm exersizing so rigorously, I super starving!
I swam yesterday and burned about 500 calories..very fast laps..lots of them.
I wake up hungry and never did before.

That's why I can never swim regularly - I end up gaining weight!  Keep up the good work!
