I am actually going foodshopping today. here is some of the items on my list
raisin bread fage yogurt bananas oranges nectarines cherries fresh green beans fresh beets potatoes baby spinach tomatoes cucumbers zucchini eggs 2% milk steak chicken ground sirloin (90%) cheese olives sun dried tomatoes cherry peppers basil avocadoes cilantro limes lemons asparagus baby bellas garlic onions goat cheese walnuts pears

Lots of fresh produce: Avocado Tomato Lemon Lettuce Spinach Onions Beans Oranges Grapefruit Raspberries Cherries Garlic Ginger Cilantro Basil Parsley Rosemary Peppers Mint Apples Mango Leeks Radishes Sweet Potatoes Yukon gold potatoes
Whole Grains and Nuts Brown Rice Whole Wheat/Multigrain bread Walnuts Almonds
Tasty spreads: Hummus Low fat sour cream
Lean protein: Chicken cutlets Deli turkey Lacey Swiss Ground turkey
Dairy: 1% Milk Lowfat yogurt
Unsweetened Juices: Cran Raspberry Pom OJ
And then I buy at least 1 treat for me so I don't feel deprived - a small thing of ice cream or a dark chocolate bar.
