My largest rate percentage wise was 11%. I am no longer working at the company. Unfortunately, they got bought out.

The company I work for now decided not to give raises due to the economy.I might start looking for something closer to home. Gas and tolls are getting to expensive to not be getting raises.

I got raises twice that increased my salary $10,000. This was two different jobs (not my current one). One was done after 2 months on the job because they brought me in low and wanted to show that they were happy with what I was doing.

The other one was when I was young. I was making a ton of money right out of college and they thought i was going to leave so they gave me a huge raise. I think it might have been 11K or 12K to tell you the truth. It got me to stick around another year or so.

I don't remember, so I guess it was nothing huge. I was greatful for the two weeks pay bonus that I used to get the end of the year in my old job. I miss that.

I got a 21% raise after not getting a raise for like a year and a half. Although a large percentage, it was based on an entry level salary

20% this year! with a 10% bonus. usually annual raises don't exceed 3-5%....I was pleasantly surprised at this years review!!

At my last job I received a $7500 raise after my first 3 months. That was the most I've received thus far in such a short amount of time.
