Heel Spur....
I don't know if that's what it's called but I have a throbbing pain in my left heel that is radiating up my leg..
I took motrin and advil and wearing pumps isn't helping..
BUT.. is there ANYTHING I can do to make it go away???

i have it that comes and goes. i wear cushioned flats now. i almost never walk barefoot even in the house. i was going to a podiatrist for 6 months for therapy. soak it when you can and elevate it and take motrin.

Thank you so much.. I wore flats today with cushins in them and took a motrin and I was ok.. but as soon as I got home, it started up again..
