Pampered chef medium bar pan
I got the medium bar pan for my bridal shower and have yet to use it. Are there any special uses for it?

The first few times you use it, spray it with Pam or some kind of cooking spray...
You don't need to wash with soap (it might keep the soap flavor)...just use hot water and the pan scraper. Do NOT put it in the dishwasher.
It will get discolored - that's okay - the browner it gets, the better it will cook!

I use my bar pan ALL THE TIME.. like seriously almost every single night.
Chicken comes out amazing on it....very juicy and it's baked so it is way better than frying.
I also make cookies, fish, steak, anything on it.
Instead of spraying pam on it.. I usually just cook something really greasy the first few times like rescent dinner rolls of something like that.

I use it for basically anything I bake in the oven. I love it! Love how chicken comes out when breaded and baked on it, and I use it alot for things like chicken nuggets and pizza bagels for the kids!
