Re: Pineapple.....
It is thought that bromelain, an anti imflamatory enzyme, which is in the core of the pineapple can help with implantation. But, from what I understand, you have to eat like a whole core...
I've eaten it after ever tx, except for the last, so it hasn't really worked for me...

Re: Pineapple.....
I am going out to purchase bromelain today. They sell it in tablet form. I believe Trader Joe's sells it and it's called "pineapple enzyme" or gnc should carry it as bromelain.

Re: Pineapple.....
Well, I purchased the tablets...and I must say, they are pretty tasty lol I got the ones at Trader Joe's. They are called pineapple and papaya enzyme. They are chewables and taste tropical :) They have 45mg of bromelain
I am going to research how many of these 'treats' I need to take :)
ETA, I only found amounts of bromelain in 500mg. I may have to take a trip to GNC tomorrow...for now I will just enjoy the tasty ones lol

Re: Pineapple.....
I go to the one in Oceanside (it's a small one), they always carry them. GNC carries Bromelain in a higher dose...but I am just eating the trader joe's like candy lol (they taste like a mild sweet tart).
They are called Papaya Pineapple Enzyme, you can find it where they sell all the vitamin supplements.

Re: Pineapple.....
Ideally, after O, throughout your 2ww. If you are pg, I am not sure if staying on it helps.
So far I find it helpful with my sleep. I am often awoken with numbness in my hands, which I believe to be carpul tunnel caused by my hyperthyroidism. Since taking the bromelain, I have NO NUMBNESS. So if not for fertilty, at least it's doing something.
It's amazing how many things bromelain helps with. I bought some for my dad, since he has arthritis..
