UPDATE ON ALVIN THE CHI
UPDATE:
I came home from work today and knocked on my neighbors door. I heard Alvin barking but he wasn't in the window where he normally was. So I knocked again....now I heard him scratching. So I follow the barking around to the side of the house and there he is in a tiny crate no food no water tail wagging barking and scratching to get out. No one was home. So I took him. (Left the gross crate with something disgusting in it on the side of their disgusting house.)
Took him into my apt. Wrote a note and went back and taped it to my neighbors door. (This was at 6pm I didn't get a call until 9pm.)
He got fresh water and drank two bowls. Then we played and played and played and when we stopped all he wanted to do was lay up against me and instantly sleep.
Here is the info:
He is one year old. His birthday is June 7th 2007. He is up to date on his shots until December 2008. His vet is Center Moriches Animal Hospital. He is NOT neutered...boy does he need to be neutered (they look like they hurt LOL!)
I have him for now so please don't worry, he's safe.
I prefer to give him to someone who will keep that vet. (they're amazing there), that will get him neutered, that has maybe another small dog (he loves my landlords chi's) and that doesn't work long days because he needs alot of love (he has clearly been neglected from love)
I've got pictures so please FM me with your email address and I'll email them to you...even if you just want to see how adorable this little guy is but can't take him feel free to FM me.

What a slob! Someone like this really makes me very angry. I am glad you took him, she obviously could care less about him. I really would lay into her, I am sorry but what a POS.
I hope you can find a good home for him. He really deserves a nice life. What a shame, what an animal that woman is.

But, you really should report them to the local spca. This is really abuse.
Or at least tell them if they ever do this to another dog again, you will have no choice but to report them.

What a POS! You should call the humane society. How could they treat an animal like that?
