Night running gear!
I know when it starts to get darker, I will need something, so what you do guys use when you run at night outdoors?

bright colors and pants with a reflective strip.
I have a pearl izumi biking jacket that i use when I run that is white with reflective stripes as well.

I wear a mesh night vest. It weighs like nothing...is bright orange and ohhhh so attractive  You can get one in any running or sports store!

I am sure Jake will be putting an end to my running once it starts getting darker out
I am already suppose to take mace and my cell phone (I don't take either)
Jake has now deemed Bay Terrace unsafe
why you might ask?
a girl in Jamacia was attacked at midnight at a bus stop
of course my Dad now thinks Jake is right and thinks this is a great idea

Tell him to start running with you. I'm right by the Little Bay Park and one reason why DH comes is because he doesn't like me going alone.
