Expired tomatoes
I just used a can of Redpack hole tomatoes in puree in sauce with other tomatoes. The one can said Best By Feb 28 2008. Think I'll be OK????? Ziti is in the oven

It'll be fine...canned food is good forever.
Besides, you would be cooking out the bacteria anyway!
