celiac anyone? (sort of aka gluten "allergy")

i don't have it buy my bil was diagnosed as having this allergy earlier in the year

it is not easy because so many things are made with gluten but since eating properly his stomach issues have gone away and he has actually gained 10 pounds ( which is good for him he was way too skinny) and thats while undergoing chemo for recently being diagnosed with lymphoma

you have to really get used to eating at home most of the time and if you do go out you must ask questions about how food is made and what the ingredients might be
there have been times they asked in a restaurant and the waiter had to go ask the chef but his health and yours is worth the trip to the kitchen for the waiter to find out
