Does anyone else get violently ill if they drink...
crystal light? OMG, I am so sick. I stopped drinking it like almost 2 years ago and I was recently in the store thinking to myself, "Why don't I drink it anymore? I'll get some," and so I bought some. Well, the last few days, I've had a ridiculous stomache ache with cramps and nausea, I even started to wonder if I was pregnant because i feel like I have morning sickness. Well, today is like the third day I feel this way, and I finally remembered as I was driving in the car before that I stopped drinking it because it made me sick. How does someone forget something like that? Ugg, so now I cannot wait to get this stuff out of my system because I've had a lot of it the last three days and I feel so freaking sick. It's horrible!

I try to avoid artificial sweeteners as much as possibe - they really hurt my stomach. I feel so gaseous after I drink a diet soda!!!

Artificially sweetened Kool Aid used to give me massive headaches, stomach cramps and nausea. I don't drink too much in the way of artificially sweetened beverages anymore.

No, that's the weird thing. I mean, I don't drink many other diet drinks, but they certainly never have this effect on me. It's definitely the crystal light, too because since I posted this today, I stopped drinking the crystal light and I feel fine

Its the aspartame. I am highly allergic. If you do research online, you'll see lots of articles about it. Causes major migraines, stomach issues, etc.

I have had the same thing this week, I think also from the crystal light. Also, not sure if it's for certain, but I had aproblem with Lipton Diet Green Tea as well this week.
SO now, I'm avoiding all of it and sticking with plain old water.
