Yes. When I have the jogging stroller, I put in in there. When I don't, I wait until I get back to the car.

No. But my runs are within the 2-4 mile range. Anything higher or longer than an hour, yes.

I wear a fuel belt on any run over an hour. I have one that wraps around my waste and has two bottles on either side. They make different styles to match your preference!

i always do, even if it's just a quick 3 mile run.
but i have issues, when i need water, i need it right that second. I have asthma and breath alot heavier than most people, so my moth dries out quick. if it don't have water with me it'll effect my running/slow me down. I even run with a bottle during a race even though there are water stops along the way.

I rarely do...only if I run over 75 minutes (which is anything more than 8 miles for me - and I only do that when training for a half marathon). I have a belt like robyn mentioned. I just started to carry jolly ranchers with me on 5-8 mile runs. a hint I got from the guy who ran across the sahara desert!

I use to, but I rarely drank it so now I just wait until I am done with my run. I thought it was annoying to hold while I was running.
