Do you eat when you are not hungry?
I have my lunch here but am not really hungry...
I know I should eat it b/c I am going out to diner tonight and don't want to be overhungry and go nuts!

I try to eat a little even if I'm not hungry so I don't over eat later.

I do - that is the key for me, I never let myself get TOO hungry because that's when I make bad choices. So I always eat something healthy every 2-3 hours. If I"m not too hungry, I'll make it something small...

when it comes to lunch, yes--but I might eat less--just not a good idea to not eat all day. Of course it very rarely happens for me that I'm not hungry for lunch!  Unless of course I've eaten a big brunch in which case I might just wait for dinner...

I try to eat a little bit because I know I will be starving in a few hours and then I may not be able to hold myself back. If I am not hungry at dinner time I still try to eat b/c I dont want to be eating to late.
