Antipasto Platter
I am having company this weekend and want to make an antipasto platter.
Provolone Mozz Roasted Peppers Marinated Mushrooms
Any other ideas???
And Panni annoys me, it is a pain to eat - do you think fresh italin bread sliced is a good option too?

Re: Antipasto Platter
i like to make Antipasto Salad 1 Head Romaine Lettuce or Romaine Hearts 1 Jar Roasted Peppers 1 Jar Artichoke Hearts 1 Can Black Olives 1 Jar Green Olives 1 Jar Gardena Salad 1 Can Chick Peas Rinsed 1/2 Inch Piece of soprosata 1/2 Inch Piece of Salami 1/2 Inch Piece of Ham 1/2 Inch Piece of Mortadella 1/2 Inch Piece of Cappacola 1/2 Inch Piece of Swiss Cheese Piece of Provolone Cheese Cut in Chunks 1 Fresh Mozzarella Cut up in Chunks Mix all together with Olive Oil and Garlic
If you want to make it as a platter you an just omit the gardena salad and lettuce and have the cold cuts sliced thin and roll them up

Re: Antipasto Platter
Don't know if you belong to Sam's or Costco, etc. but you can get some bruchetta toast already in the bag seasoned, etc. Great for an Antipasto platter.
