I don't know if it counts as a recipe...but I always take the boxed stuff...add their ingrediants, then a pureed banana and some cranraisins....delicious!
( i make it a lot since my kid can't have wheat)

I do but it's more of casserole like
Here it is:
1 box of Jiffy corn mix
1 can corn
2 eggs
1 can cream of corn
1 cup sour cream
1 stick of butter
Spray bottom of casserole dish with Pam. Mix all ingredients (add butter last). Cook for 1 hour at 350.

BJ's has an AWESOME corn bread mix. It even has the little pieces of corn in it!

I start with the Jiffy box mix, then add..
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp sugar
1 can niblets corn
After it is done i let it sit on stove and let a stick of butter melt on top till it soaks in.

I have to say, my Grandmother used this recipe for FOREVER. Then I started making it recently, and people rave and rave about it. I mean, family members shared the recipe with friends in California...it caused hysteria 
It's more wet though than cornbread...we call it a Corn Casserole.
