not revealing until 12 weeks but I have a dilemma...
DH and I are not telling anyone about the pregnancy until 12 weeks. I am 8 weeks today. My dilemma is that I see a Nutritionist every 2 weeks (for other issues.) So I obviously have to tell her. This may sound stupid, but I feel bad that I am telling her and not my own family! She is a medical professional so there is a need to tell her. Is this just dumb of me?

Think of it like telling your doctor - You HAVE to tell her for your medical health -

I can understand that it feels wierd, but you have to tell her. I had to tell my dentist before anyone else knew, it was kinda weird to be congratulated by my dentist before my parents knew

honestly-- that's silly.
I had to tell the dentist, among other strangers before people knew.
Also, you don't want to waste $$ on a session that could be more beneficial to you and your baby if you just fessed up.
