Re: Where do you shop for groceries?
I rotate depending on my mood, what I need, and what the prices are between Trader Joe's, Fairway, and Shop Rite (I have to close by to choose from, too!)...I even have a route mapped out should I need to visit more than one!!

Re: Where do you shop for groceries?
I do a lot of Peapod for general stuff.
For meat I go to the butcher or I make a once monthly trip to Whole Foods. Every now and then I'll go to Best Yet in Oakdale.
I prefer Waldbaum's in Hauppauge or Stop & Shop in Holbrook for my 'gotta run and pick something up' trips. Reason? They are cleaner than other stores. I have a personal issue with dirty stores and get skeeved easily when I see one.
ETA: I get produce mostly at the Farmer's Market or the Farm stand nearby in the summer. Once those places close up shop for the winter I will sometimes hit up Best Yet or Stop and Shop in Sayville for produce.

Re: Where do you shop for groceries?
Mostly Super Stop and Shop but I do go to Trader Joes from time to time. Pathmark is around the corner so if I need something quick I will run there.

Re: Where do you shop for groceries?
Wegmans When we first moved to NJ I was obsessed with this store (a year later still kinda am ). I think the prices are great for 90% of the store. I also shop at Super Foodtown sometimes since it is closer to me.

Re: Where do you shop for groceries?
I go to Stop and Shop and BJ's. This combo has saved me about $100.00 a month since I started it in June.

Re: Where do you shop for groceries?
Lately, I'm cooking a lot, and thus shopping a lot. I like convience and, when necessary, am willing to pay for it. I find myself primarily shopping at Meat Farms, Uncle G's and occasionally Stop and Shop. I also make a weekly trip to the Fisk Market (I do also occasionally but fish at Uncle G's).
