i have made about 5 phone calss 2 kids got two phone calls each and.. they havent improved. ughh so frustartingl i get one phone call about my kid.. it willbe the lastt one i ever het!

I'm mentoring a new department member and had to sit with her as she made about 10 calls on Thursday. I can't believe that calls have to be made this early in the year! I'm thinking about doing some calling myself this week.....
