What (in your opinion) is the single most important fertility day?

Okay, sorry for driving you all crazy - but I am just such a mess right now trying to figure this out.

I feel like this month is SO important for us. We just had the HSG, I should be very fertile, right?

I just want to do this right.

Here's my thinking: We've been "saving" this sperm (that sounds weird!).

I feel like the first day we BD after having abstained will be the day of major volume and major sperm. So we really want to make the most of it. I say this because I know that any time after that (yes even 2 days later!) will leave us with next to nothing in terms of volume - almost like it doesn't even count.

If you had to pick ONE day as the most important day to BD, which would it be?

I cant even begin to tell you... It varies from person to person.. when i had my son it was the day before...

hmm I'm gonna take a guess and say 2 days before O (I accidentally voted for 1 day before oops). I think that was the advice I was given based on the high and peak days on CBEFM.

I voted day before O....only b/c the way I see is that you don't actually know what time you will O, so it could be at 10 in the morning for all you know....if you BD the day before, you should be okay.

We conceived in June by BDing -1, O, +1

In August it was -1, O

Don't you ever worry about driving us crazy! That's what we're here for. I voted for day before O. I feel like more swimmers will still be hanging around if you BD the day before as opposed to 2 days before.

Well we BD'd on my high day, the day before my two peak days. That's what worked for us....not sure when I O'd...maybe the 2nd peak day?

You are not the only one. I got pregnant both times the day of ovulation.

If you don't mind my asking - what did you use to track ovulation?

What's your CM like? IMO the single most important day is the day your CM is most like EWCM. The month I got pregnant, I had tons on CD16 - didn't ovulate until CD18. In general, though, I think the day before O.

What's your CM like? IMO the single most important day is the day your CM is most like EWCM. The month I got pregnant, I had tons on CD16 - didn't ovulate until CD18. In general, though, I think the day before O.

This is going to be major TMI - but on Monday I had a HUGE glob of EWCM. I usually get that 1x before O. But then on Tuesday I also had a huge glob of EWCM. THEN... on Wednesday, ANOTHER huge glob (TMI TMI TMI) so much so that I wasn't even going #2... I was just peeing and it stretched all the way from me down into the toilet water!

So that's 3 full days of EWCM. Haven't seen any yet today. I just got my peak on my CBEFM, which means I'll O tomorrow.

LOL, your Wednesday sounds like my CD16 was Did you BD then?
