cow harbor 10k
so i took the advice of a fellow LIF'er and signed up for the cow harbor 10k. now i haveto start training!!!!
who else is going??

no! ihavent been able to run due to work and now i have a killer sore throat. my last 10k time was 1:19 and now im convinced ill be the last one finishing on saturday!

i think i'm ready, but i'm very worried about the hills. for the past 3 weeks or so all my training runs have been on pancake flat courses. i hope i can get my butt up james street!
