Twilight Series
I have been hearing alot about these books. How many books are in the series? Are they all written already?
Can someone post a link to all of them?
I want to start reading them.

There are alot of Twilight lovers on this board, including me.  All the books are written. The order is:
Twilight
New Moon
Eclipse
Breaking Dawn
These are the best and favorite books i have ever read. LOVE them.

Its nothing like Harry Potter.. not even close. The books are good and I love them, but Harry Potter is just a whole different level. It is adolescent lit.. that may be the only comparison I can see.

completely different from harry potter. IMO, harry potter is MUCH better, better writing, better story, better writing.
i love vampire books, so that's what got me into the twilight books, and they are very entertainining, however they are not the best written books out there, and the editing in the books is pretty awful. the books are written for the tween group, and it's way more evident in these books than the HP books. however for quick fun reads, i do recommend them!

The reason I asked about Harry Potter was because on the author's website is mentioned something about the HP movie being delayed.

Yeah, the movie was supposed to be out on 12/12, but when HP got moved to July, Twilight switched its release date to HP's original date (Thanksgiving).

I started reading Twilight Sun, but work and the kids get in the way. j/k, I do read it every free minute I have - when kids are sleeping, in the car to/from work, etc..... I've got about 75 more pages to go. Need to go buy the 2nd book.

Started the twilight series about 2 weeks ago!!! I am on the 3rd book. I read the 1st one in 1 1\2 days and the next in 3 days. Can you say obsessed much. I have since slowed down. They are great and I can't stop talking to everyone about them.

i have not read a book in over 2 years and i must say this was the best series ... my firend lent me the first one i read for about an hour on Firday night (sept. 5th) and i got hooked and obsessed!!! I finshed all 4 books ... yes that over 2000 pages by Wed. ... i do read fast and yes i might have not done anything but read those days ... slacked off at work ... but I LOVED THEM ... i am obsessed ... i actually am trying to get back to realty after reading all of them .. i even read her unplubished unfinshed manuscript ... here you go if you want to read it ... Click me i am upset she is not finishing it ... i cant wait for the movie to come out on 11/21/08 for the first book!!!

I literally just finished reading the first book yesterday. I wanted to see what all the hype was about and I wanted to learn more about the movie that would be taking over Harry Potter's release date in November (I'm a HUGE Harry Potter fan).
I'll call Twilight literary crack, lol. I could NOT put it down and was done in only a day. Now I'm anxiously awaiting the rest of my books to arrive. Yup, I ordered the other three books, because I'm sure I'll love them just as much and now that the Harry Potter movie isn't being released until summer, I have another movie to look forward to this winter. I can't wait to see the Twilight movie now!

ITA- well said.
I enjoyed the Twilight series- but HP was definitely better written.
