I didn't teach myself to Knit, but I taought myself to crochet from the internet, not sure if this is possible.
Also Michael's and AC Moore have classes usually.

See...I'm totally the opposite. I taught myself to knit from the internet and the book, knitting for dummies, but I cannot for the life of me, figure out how to crochet
