Re: Still really no movement at 20w5d
I don't know about you, but at my Level II the tech told me that the thick part of my placenta was in the front and the baby is in the back which is probably why I don't feel much of anything right now....until a few more weeks when it starts to kick my organs I suppose. It's acting as a buffer and absorbs all the activities I would feel I guess. Maybe this is your case as well?

Re: Still really no movement at 20w5d
im 18 weeks with my 3rd baby and dont feel anything(regularly). I havent felt anything at all for 2.5 days so i called my Dr and went in to make sure everything was ok. With my 2nd i felt constant movement at 15 weeks- just shows you every pregnancy is different. Soon enough we will feel it...

Re: Still really no movement at 20w5d
i think it comes and goes. i started feeling the baby move around 16 weeks.. and then dh felt the baby around 20 and then the following week, not too much movement but now i feel it all the time!
could be the positioning...

Re: Still really no movement at 20w5d
I am just about 18 weeks, and I feel little movements here and there, but nothing crazy yet. Some days I feel nothing, and other days, more. I think that by 24 weeks, everyone should feel something, but before that, it is different for everybody bc of uterus position.

Re: Still really no movement at 20w5d
I felt nothing until 21 weeks 3 days(I think) no flutters at all. On that day I felt a string kick and my friend andDH were able to feel it from the outside-I had just drank and orange gatorade and to this day that baby always kicks when I eat or drink something sweet-try that!

Re: Still really no movement at 20w5d
I'm 21w3d and have not felt the baby yet. I'm starting to get impatient! Most people I talk to say they only started to feel their little ones around 22 weeks.

For me with both pregnancies it was 22+ weeks before I felt good regular movement. Hang in there!

Re: Still really no movement at 20w5d
I think he skipped flutters and went straight to movement. Finally in week 22, I feel something. I heard btwn 20-24 weeks is the "average", so stay patient.
