I just signed up for a free week trial of WW online.
Does anyone just do that? I need some new motivation. We are going away in december and would like to lose a few more before then.

i do ww online. I have gotten discplined that I log in after I eat. I really like it. I have been on it since 9/6 and I have lost just abiout 11lbs.

I did it a couple of years ago and was pretty successful. I just went off program on a vacation and I never was able to get myself back on.
Just make sure that you really stay accountable and it will work
