weird question
does doing head stands help relieve gas?
I'm having some gas pains in my upper stomach/chest area.
I feel like if I just let out a big burp it will be relieved. My student aide just suggested doing head stands.

It sure does! Not just head stands but laying down, shifting, etc. It moves it around in there! I think just generally getting your butt in a position above your stomach would work.

Not sure about head stands, but moving around usually helps. Try a little walk or some bends (touch your toes, etc.)
