Please tell me what to expect.

I didn't have to. Just dress comfortably,I only had to roll up my pant legs and roll down the waist of my pants so he could access my belly.

BTW, not going to RMA, found one in Warren that I have to pay out of pocket for but oh well.

wear sweatpants..it's much easier - access to your abdomen and your calves/ankles and feet.

I just have to expose my belly button area and legs up the knee. Very painless and relaxing!

Hey!
I did it before and after my fresh IVF cycle...no pain at all..and the only parts of my body that were exposed were my legs and hands..

Good luck! I found the acupuncture very interesting. First time was weird...but I really enjoyed the next few. Wear comfy clothes. Sweats/yoga pants are good. We just got our BFP...not sure if the acupuncture helped....but I believe it had to do something.
