2nd time moms...
How was your 1st pregnancy different from your 2nd?
The differences I'm noticing with this one is my skin is HORRIBLE  I'm also not famished like I was in the beginning with #1. I don't really seem to have much of an appetite, which I find weird. When I do eat I seem to fill up quick.
Any one have similar experiences?

I hate to say it but this PG was not nearly as easy as #1. Maybe it's because I'm having them close (17 months age difference) and was only 7.5 months PP when I got pg again. Then again, I wasn't pg through the summer with #1, whereas I was this time around.
I'm achier and had bad sciatica for about 2 months. I'm able to do what I need to do because I HAVE to, but it's no picnic chasing a toddler around.
I WILL say though- I had no morning sickness with #1, and only had VERY mild queasiness for a couple of weeks with #2.

I feel pretty much the same but look much different. By this time in my last pregnancy, my face had really filled out. I have a pretty thin, small face so I looked so different. This time my face has gotten even thinner than before. Not a great look.

I had no skin problems w/ DS and this time is a whole 'nother story....Also, my pg with DS was totally uneventful- So far w/ this one I have placenta previa and have had 2 subchorionic hematomas...Also the sciatic pain is far worse this go around....Last pg my bb's were really sore and I had to wear a sports bra for the first few months, this time was not bad at all.....My DS also seemed to kick stronger and more often....This has been a totally different experience so far.

Yes, yes and yes. I had horrible m/s this time (I did not with DS) and even though the m/s is over, I still have no real desire to eat. My hair and skin are awful - I cannot even wear makeup b/c it makes me itchy and hot Last time my hair was thick and shiny...this time..erf. My exhaustion seems worse this time, and the sciatica is in full effect already.
Fun times.

This is the same for me as well. I just feel blah, and I am extremelly feisty (not to my son or anything, mainly about people out in public...I dont say it to them, but I do say it to the people I am with--and I am SOOOOO not like this)

Well I'm at 10 wks 3 days so it's hard for me to compare too many things. One thing I definitely noticed is my m/s was horrible in the beginning compared to my first pregnancy. However, my food aversions, while there, are considerably less than the first time around.

I feel basically the same except i dont crave Carvel milkshakes and I am not totally aware of this pregnancy since I am running around so much with my 16 month old

The biggest difference is that with DD, I was never sick at all. This time I have had horrible m/s since 4wks that is just finally letting up now in my 14th week. Also, I already look pretty obviously pregnant, where I was 17 or 18 weeks with DD before it was obvious.

The beginning of the pregnancy was the same as #1, as I got into the 2nd and 3rd trimesters #2 there were differences. I didn't have my carpul tunnel as bad, I didn't have the bleeding like I had w/#1, I didn't have swollen feet & ankles until the last 2 weeks but my skin was just as bad.

I don't even feel PG this time around. With DS I was sick all the time. I just felt awful with DS.

1st pregnancy sick as a dog until week 16.. couldnt smell food, eat or anything. This pregnancy only was sickish week 9-11.
1st pregnancy skin was horrible, my chest and upper back broke out alot.. so far not too bad.. break out here and there, nothing major.
First i thought having a boy.. now i think tho pregnancy isnt exact like first.. im having another girl..
