Shred Level 2 also- did anyone complete all 30 days?
I "previewed" it last night after doing level 1.
It looks sooo much harder with all those plank moves.
I can barely do the girly push ups- I feel like I'm going to have so much trouble with level 2.
How did you all find it to be?
Has anyone completed all 30 days? What were the results?

I have been doing level 1 on and off (mostly off  ) for a couple of months.
I did it again last week a couple of times and then tried level 2. As per my post the other day - I feel like I was going to die 
I just know the next time, to do it a little more motified, I usually try not to - but it kicked my butt the other day.

i did the 30 day shred for almost 30 days...started in the beginning of august. i went from level 1 to 3 in about 2 weeks... 2 saturdays ago i went dress shopping
i went UP a size- lol- im exaggerating- i know they all cut their clothes differently
i havent popped in for 2 weeks, i plan on re-starting...maybe tomorrow... or next week....
truth is, i didnt sweat and huff and puff like everyone else seems to... i feel like ive been doing it wrong, and i almost feel like 'whats the point'
i did notice, however, that when id go up 3 flights of steps that i wouldnt be completely out of breath...
ok ok so ill start again next week...

you can get it on Amazon.
But, if you have Cable and you get exercise on demand, they have it on there too.
