Eating right...
Do you worry about how you are eating and if you are getting enough of everything you are supposed to?
I am always thinking about this. I didn't have the best eating habits before. I don't eat meat, and eat alot of carbs and dairy. I tried eating meat, but I just can't do it! My dr said it is ok, as long as I am getting protein from dairy and other things.

I eat very little meat, I'm just not a fan of it right now. I have been eating a lot of pasta and rice...
